Terms and Conditions of Services

Payment Options

Payment is due upon completion of service Mobile Chip and PIN and contactless payments from all major credit and debit cards accepted. Including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash/Bank transfers also accepted.

Invoices and receipts can be sent upon request to customers supplied email address.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours notice before the booked appointment, Failure to do so will incur a cancellation charge which may be up to 100% of the service cost. Detailing services may be affected by adverse weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule a booking at any time prior to due date.

Additional Charges

The prices quoted are for vehicles in generally accepted condition. Additional charges may apply for exceptionally dirty or neglected vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse service to vehicles deemed excessively dirty or hazardous.

Vehicle Inspection

Vehicle inspection will be carry out . The car paint overall condition will be checked.Any damage or imperfections will be reported to the customer.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. By booking our services, the customer agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Customer

The Customer must ensure prior to our arrival that sufficient space is available for both the YourCarSuperShiny vehicle and their own, along with sufficient movement around both vehicles. Please note we cannot move any customer vehicles.

The Customer must ensure, prior to arrival of YourCarSuperShiny that the vehicle is emptied of all personal and non-fixed items within the car. (This includes Litter).

YourCarSuperShiny reserves the right and the Customer hereby acknowledges that right, to either make a further charge for clearance of the customer’s vehicle or refuse to undertake the service which will be treated as a late cancellation and thus a charge will be levied. The customer may be asked to send photos of the car to verify its condition and contamination. If the vehicle is booked without being seen in advance the level of service or estimated completion time may alter. Any alteration of service will be advised of, but not compulsory, and will not be charged for or proceeded with, until the agreement of the client has been sought.

Service Location

The location where the service is offered. Please note that over 25 miles an additional travel fee may apply.

The customer must ensure that there is suitable and legal space for our detailing services to be carried out.
